Payment

Orders can be paid for in the following ways:

By credit, debit or prepaid cards.

When you choose this method of payment, after your order is completed you are automatically transferred to the absolutely secure Alpha Bank website where the payment is made using your card.

By bank deposit after prior arrangement.

When you make your payment, please always give your name in the reason/remarks.

The store’s policy is to send your order after receiving a copy of the payment order which you can send by email to info@porra.gr

In-store payment

If you have chosen to collect your order from our store, you can pay either in cash or with your credit card.

To finalize your order, you need to pay a deposit of 1/2 of the purchase amount and you must pay the balance before your order is shipped.

Delivery

Orders are shipped to Thessaloniki, Athens, all over Greece, Cyprus and abroad, using the method you choose.

The products you have selected can either be sent with the courier company SPEEDEX or can be collected at our store.

Shipping costs are free within Greece for orders over 70.00 euros, while for orders below this amount or for orders abroad the delivery costs are paid by the recipient.

Delivery costs vary depending on the method of transport, the package weight and dimensions and the delivery destination. Before we process your order, you will be told the exact amount of the shipping costs. Our company has made special low-charge agreements for deliveries to its customers. For each order, the weight, volume and delivery address are checked to find the safest, shortest and most economical method of transport and delivery. Do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or for additional information or clarifications.

The products are transported at the responsibility of the customer.

We can guarantee that the correct packaging is used but we are not in any way or in any case responsible for any parcels  being lost or destroyed during transport. If any parcels are lost or destroyed the transport company that undertook the transport is responsible for providing compensation.
